You are responsible of the first- and second-line support for our customers, who are seriously challenged themselves nowadays. You are also encouraged to participate from time to time in projects thataim to improve our services. You have strong technical talents or are willing to develop in this area. You getthe opportunity to solve complicated problems: by phone, email or remotely (nationally and internationally).You show initiative and know how to analyze and prioritize questions from customers. You are a goodlistener, have empathy and think in terms of solutions. To that end, you are willing to make an extra effort. If you are unable to resolve it yourself, you can call upon the knowledge and skills of our specialists within the Digital Customer Services and, of course, your enthusiastic colleagues.

Knowledge of hardware and software
Solution-oriented, analytical level of thinking, accurate and stress-resistant
A good knowledge of Germany and English
Passionate and a team player
Clarify customer needs within the organization
Good communication skills and a customer- and service-oriented approach

Preferably a bachelor's degree in IT or equal by experience
