As a team leader, you will manage a team of 12 to 16 staff members on a daily basis. You are a hands-on team leader who is actively present on the shop floor and ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• You manage and coach a team of 12 to 16 staff members.

• You actively participate on the shop floor and step in where necessary.

• You coordinate and organise daily activities to ensure the schedule is completed smoothly.

• You motivate and support your staff and ensure good teamwork.

• You oversee safety, quality and operational objectives and make adjustments where necessary.

• You manage the daily staffing and ensure a fair distribution of work within your team.

• You organise the necessary training sessions and consultation meetings.

• You work together with your colleagues and process engineers to ensure consistent operations across the various shifts.

your profile

• You have experience as a team leader in a production or operational environment.

• You have experience in managing a team of 12 to 16 staff members.

• You are a hands-on team leader and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.

• You know how to get things done and can lead your team in a positive and motivating way.

• You have a keen interest in food and a good technical aptitude.

• Safety, quality and the environment are of the utmost importance to you.

• You are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift system.

• You speak and write Dutch/French/English fluently.

• You are no stranger to computers and are quick to learn new programmes.
