What is your role ?
The Service Desk team you will be working in, consists of 40 colleagues in an international environment.
- You will be the first-line support to provide technical support to customers, field engineers, technicians.
- Provide support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature
- Reporting design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs
- Supporting remotely customer installations

- Knowledge of hardware and software
- Solution-oriented, analytical level of thinking, accurate and stress-resistant
- A good knowledge of French and English
- Passionate and a team player
- Clarify customer needs within the organization
- Good communication skills and a customer- and service-oriented approach
- Passion for perfect customer services, just like how you would like to be helped yourself
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in IT or equal by experience
