You getthe opportunity to solve complicated problems: by phone, email or remotely (nationally and internationally).You show initiative and know how to analyze and prioritize questions from customers. You are a goodlistener, have empathy and think in terms of solutions. To that end, you are willing to make an extra effort. If you are unable to resolve it yourself, you can call upon the knowledge and skills of our specialists within the Digital Customer Services and, of course, your enthusiastic colleagues.
