As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.

• filling or decorating products with different sauces and condiments

• packaging the finished product

• working at the table, but also at the band

• keeping the working environment clean and organized

• planning and organizing daily production activities

• ensuring quality, hygiene, and food safety standards

• solving operational issues on the production floor

• optimizing production processes and improving efficiency

• monitoring production results and reporting to management

your profile

• experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry

• strong leadership and organizational skills

• good communication skills

• you speak good English en Dutch

• able to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment

• you will work day shifts, but during peak season you will work two shifts

• production experience is a plus

• open to work in a cold workplace
