Let's Work is looking for a quality controller in production for a large and rapidly growing food company in the Ardooie region

Your duties:

• You will carry out various quality controls both on the shop floor and in the lab

• You monitor various production processes, including blanching, the mixing department, and final product inspections

• Completing the necessary quality documents

• You assist with the onboarding of new employees in your department

• You are responsible for carrying out bacteriological analyses

• Taking samples from the water purification system

• Reporting to the quality manager

• You have an A2 diploma in agribusiness, food technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• You speak Dutch/French and/or English

• You are precise and have an eye for detail

• You are sufficiently communicative and assertive

• You are flexible

• Experience in the food sector is a plus

• You are flexible and can work in a 2-shift system

what can we offer you?

• Salary: according to the applicable pay scale, plus shift allowance

• If you work in the morning shift, the premium is €0.63/hour, in the afternoon it is €0.71/hour. You will also receive meal vouchers of €4.5 per day worked

• Working hours: In the morning shift you will work on Monday from 4.30am to 1pm and from Tuesday to Friday from 5am to 1pm

• Do you work the afternoon shift? Then Monday to Thursday from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday from 1 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.
