function description

Under the guidance of the production coordinator, you will work as a versatile team member in the production of customised or series-produced precast concrete elements. You will be involved in the entire production process of a concrete element. You will clean and oil the moulds, place reinforcement meshes and the correct spacers inside the moulds. After the concrete has cured, you will demould the elements by opening the moulds. In addition to production tasks, you will be responsible for keeping your workplace clean and organised. You strictly follow safety regulations.

your profile

• Experience in concrete production is an advantage, but not required – internal training will be provided.

• You have a hands-on mentality and are practically minded.

• You are eager to learn and flexible in carrying out different tasks within the production process.

• You have a strong focus on safety and strictly follow the applicable safety regulations.

• You can work independently but also function well as part of a team.

• You speak and understand Dutch, English, or French fluently (for communication and safety instructions).

• Experience operating a forklift or overhead crane is an advantage.

• You have no fear of heights.
