As Packaging Coordinator, you'll be in charge of the full packaging process from start to finish — from frozen product to palletized final goods.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating the packaging lines and adjusting processes where necessary

• Monitoring and updating the planning schedule; guiding operators to meet production goals

• Maintaining cleanliness and order around the packaging lines; ensuring timely cleaning

• Ordering materials such as film, cardboard, and seasonings in a timely manner

• Identifying issues and taking action to keep the workflow smooth

• Handling administrative tasks such as incident reporting and daily logs

• Supporting your team and performing quality checks

• Coaching and supervising newly trained employees, providing guidance when needed

• Experience in a food production environment is highly valued

• Technical insight into production processes is a strong asset

• You're a natural problem-solver and take initiative when needed

• You're not afraid of physical work

• You're eager to learn and open to internal training opportunities

• You can communicate effectively in Dutch, English, or French to ensure smooth collaboration with colleagues
