As a Machine Operator, you are the key player on the production floor.
You ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely and efficiently during the night shift.

Your responsibilities:

• Set up and operate high-tech production machines

• Monitor and keep production running continuously

• Perform quality checks and guarantee high standards

• Troubleshoot minor technical issues or report to the team leader

• Contribute ideas to improve processes

• Work closely with your team to achieve daily targets

• Technically minded and eager to learn

• Accurate, detail-oriented and quality-focused

• Comfortable working permanent night shifts

• You speak Dutch and/or English (English is widely used on the work floor)

• Reliable, motivated and ready to grow
