Your tasks:

• Set up and operate high-tech machines

• Keep production running safely and continuously

• Perform quality checks and ensure top-level standards

• Solve minor technical issues or escalate when needed

• Think along and suggest improvements

• Work in close cooperation with your team

• You are technically minded and eager to learn

• You work accurately and have an eye for detail

• You are comfortable working in a 2-shift system

• You speak Dutch and/or English (English is widely used on the work floor)

• You are reliable, motivated, and ready to grow
