Do you have knowledge of different fish species and filleting techniques? Do you work accurately and efficiently? In this job as a fish filleter, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Filleting, skinning, and portioning different types of fish

• Following established procedures

• Checking fresh fish deliveries for quality

• Keeping the work area clean and tidy

your profile

To successfully perform the role of fish filleter, you have the following qualities:

• You already have some initial experience as a fish filleter

• Knowledge of different fish species

• Preferably also knowledge of filleting techniques

• Good knowlegde of dutch

• Hygiene and safety are your top priority

• You work between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, including weekends
