function description

• You work in the workshop at a welding station, usually independently and under the supervision of the foreman.

• You weld parts together according to welding standards and the appropriate welding process depending on the type of material and filler material.

• You can read and interpret technical drawings well.

• You are strong in assembly work of parts.

• You perform quality control of the weld connections.

• You are responsible for basic operations such as cutting, drilling, tapping, etc. with different types of metal.

• You are also responsible for sharpening cutting tools, repairing small materials, regrinding, and polishing.

your profile

• You understand instructions, work schedules, and can read plans.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of stable experience.

• You are familiar with the composition and melting behavior of metals.

• You have experience in a production environment.

• You demonstrate a positive/flexible work attitude and enjoy working in a team.

• You have a forklift certificate (advantage).

• You know how to operate an overhead crane and other installations.

• Language skills: Dutch/basic knowledge of French.
