Responsibilities:

As a customer service officer, working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts, your key tasks will include:

• Handling phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries.

• Collecting and verifying information for accuracy.

• Providing technical support and coordinating with workshops.

• Keeping customers and involved parties updated.

• Monitoring agreements and resolving contract-related issues.

We're looking for someone with:

• Languages: Proficiency in Polish and English (Dutch or German is a plus).

• Computer skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office.

• Technical knowledge in automotive/tyres is a plus, but not required.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
