Responsibilities:
As a customer service officer, working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts, your key tasks will include:
Handling phone calls and emails, responding to customer inquiries.
Collecting and verifying information for accuracy.
Providing technical support and coordinating with workshops.
Keeping customers and involved parties updated.
Monitoring agreements and resolving contract-related issues.

We're looking for someone with:
Languages: Proficiency in Polish and English (Dutch or German is a plus).
Computer skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Technical knowledge in automotive/tyres is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
