Are you technically skilled with experience in a production environment? Do you work well in a team?

Do you hold a valid forklift license and speak both Dutch and English?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As the right hand of the team leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corrugated cardboard machine during the night shift. Your responsibilities include:

• Starting up and monitoring the corrugated cardboard machine

• Conducting quality checks and making adjustments as needed

• Maintaining high standards of order, cleanliness, and safety

• Leading and supporting a team of 5 operators when necessary

• Handling the loading and unloading of paper rolls with an 8-ton forklift

your profile

• You hold a technical diploma or have equivalent experience

• You have a valid forklift license and are confident operating an 8-ton forklift with paper clamps

• You're in good physical condition—this is an active, hands-on role

• You speak fluent Dutch and English; knowledge of Romanian is a plus

• You're responsible, eager to learn, and able to handle stress well

• You enjoy working night shifts

• You're comfortable working in a warm and noisy environment

• You are a strong people manager who can effectively mediate conflicts
