• You prepare daily damage estimates, taking into account the customer's quality expectations and feasible repair methods in consultation with the repair manager.

• Follow up on vehicles throughout the entire VPC process.

• Daily communication with the internal claims expert and the repair manager.

• Contact with the external claims expert in case of disputes.

• Regular evaluation and adjustment of lead times (for estimates and repairs) in cooperation with management.

your profile

• You work accurately and ensure correct and complete preparation of damage estimates. You act responsibly and actively follow up on cases until full resolution.

• Excel

• Knowledge of bodywork repair techniques is definitely a plus.

• Eurotax or Dialogis is an advantage.

• You speak Dutch and English to communicate fluently.
