Passionate about automation in a glass processing industry? Than this might be something for you.

As a technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting problems and optimising automated systems.

Your main job is to ensure that the machines and equipment operate seamlessly, while strictly adhering to the companies quality, safety, environmental and health standards.

A brief overview of your tasks are: 

• Daily meeting
• Perform scheduled work (machinery, troubleshooting, collecting materials, etc.)
• Use prescribed rules/laws when choosing materials, services and spare parts
• Report to your supervisor (work order forms, deviations, prepare reports)
• Waste management: leaving materials in the provided place/container
• Respecting health & safety rules at all times

Requirements

• 2 years' experience in production/maintenance related functions or as a technician for troubleshooting
• Install, configure and maintain automated systems, including PLCs and HMIs and other industrial control systems
• Programming and modifying PLC logic and HMI interfaces to meet production requirements and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• Good knowledge of industrial instrumentation (sensors and actuators).
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g. Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and communication interfaces.
• Intermediate skills in robot programming
• Good knowledge of 5S methodology
• MS Office tools

Offer

• €21.62 bruto/hour + €0,59/hour (early/late shift) and €2,13/hour for the night shift
• work in 3 shifts with rotation each 2 weeks (06:30-14:30; 14:30-22:30, 22:30-06:30)
• Meal vouchers: 5 euro/day
