What will your mission package consist of?

• You will manage 2 to 6 employees
• You will monitor 7 to 8 production lines
• You will monitor quality and safety and perform raw material changes
• You can work well in a team
• You ensure a good team transfer and report to the person in charge
• You are responsible for monitoring and adjusting the processes

your profile

• You are willing to work in a two-shift or only night and 1 on 3 weekends
• You already have relevant experience as an operator
• Interested in growing
• Problem-solving, proactive and sense of improvement
• You have followed a technical course
• You speak sufficient Dutch or English is an essential requirement
