For an innovative company, near Gent, that is dedicated to making the automotive industry possible we are looking for Operators.

We are looking for candidates who possess good communication skills in english, problem-solving skills, are dedicated and reliable.

You have to:

- Set-up the machine

- Basic maintenance checklist

- Quality check and record data on the quality report

- Manual operations, as cleaning and assembly of components

- Visual inspection according to the acceptance criteria

Schedule: 3 shifts

your profile

Experience / Knowledge

- Technical studies in fields related to manufacturing or 1 year of experience working in the production area

- Intermediate English

- Soft skills: learning agility, drive for results, customer focus

Salary: 18.05 euro gross/hour + shift premium + meal tickets
